Mississippi Mud Cake

The best Mississippi Mud Cake ever.

1/2 Cup of semi-sweet chcoclate bits
1 cup of Parkay butter
4 eggs
2 cups of sugar
1 tablespoon of vanilla
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9 x 13 pan. In the microwave, melt the chocolate bits with the butter. Mix in the sugar, vanilla, eggs and salt. Stir in the flour and pour into prepared pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes. This is a very moist cake, don't over bake. When there is 10 minutes left of baking time, make the frosting.

1 pound of powdered sugar
2 cups of mini marshmallows

In the microwave, melt the chocolate bits with the butter. Add the vanilla. Stir in the powdered sugar and mix well. Stir in the marshmallows. The batter may become thick and unspreadable, just add some milk to thin it. Spread the frosting over the brownies when they come out of the oven.
