Our New Toy

I love to camp and our new toy doubles the fun. Such a smooth relaxing ride. We weren't planning on buying a boat but it was such a good deal we decided to go for it. It's an 18' Sun Tracker with a 75 horse Mercury motor.. It has CD player, holds 7 people and top speed is 31 mph, so it can pull Big Mable.

Tunnel of Fudge Cake

Set the oven to 350 degrees
Grease and flour a bundt pan

Ingriedents:

1 3/4 cup of Soft butter
**See my cute assistant in the photo (we only use Parkay butter)
1 3/4 cup of granular sugar
6 eggs
2 cups of powdered sugar
2 1/4 cup of flour
3/4 cup of cocoa

Beat butter and granular sugar till smooth. Add eggs and beat in.
Stir in powdered sugar, flour & cocoa. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 45 minutes. Let cool.

Frosting

3/4 cup of powdered sugar
1/4 cup of cocoa
1-2 Tablespoons of milk

Mix all ingredients. You should have a semi-thick frosting that can be drizzled over the cake

My assistant is afraid the cake will fall off the plate, silly girl,
the frosting puddled in the center and that cake is not going to move.

What do I do with all the frosting in the center of the cake? I add it to my plate.

I hope you can see the ring of fudge in the cake. Enjoy.
