Doozies

I found a new recipe for these graham cracker cookies and it looked pretty good so I tried them. Well the cookies were OK but if you put a marshmallow in the center and microwave it, IT IS GOOD. I decided it would be better if I just make regular old chocolate chip cookies and put a marshmallow in them. Just bake the cookies the way you always do,
then cut a large marshmallow in half, place it between two cookies and microwave it for about 8 to 10 seconds or until the marshmallow starts to puff up. Pull em out of the microwave and press down on the top cookie to flatten the marshmallow. That's it, I microwaved 3 cookies at a time and if it can made the so-so cookies taste good, just think of what it will do to a chocolate chip cookie.
