4th of July / She-Ra Skirt

I took a 60" piece of white grosgrain ribbon and a
whole roll of 6" tulle. I cut the role of tulle into 26" pieces, folded it in half and looped the tulle around the ribbon. I cut some 1/8" red and blue ribbon 6" long and tied the ribbon onto the tulle every 4th one. After the 4th she can remove the red and blue ribbons and add gold ribbons and she will have a She-Ra skirt. A 4th of July Princess and a Princess of Power.....WOW. Thanks to my model....Tori
