No, this is not for Sam who is in the Marines. This poncho is for Paxton, my grandson. I found this material at Walmart for $1.50 a yard so I bought 4 yards of it, woohoo. I love Walmart's $1.50 a yard material. I can make all kinds of costume and crafts. You do have to be careful, those $1.50s add up when you buy as much as I do.
