Meat Bread

I haven't made this in a very long time.  I am going to give you the basic recipe and from there you can make it into anything. You can add Ranch dressing, pizza sauce or maybe BBQ sauce. Think of all of the meat and cheese choices you can add....yum. You could make this every night and have a completely different meal each time. I made this before work, stuck it in the fridg and baked it when we got home. This recipe made one roll.
Meat bread
1 package of rapid rise yeast
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 cup of very warm water
1 teaspoon of salt
2 1/2 cups of flour
In a large bowl mix the yeast, sugar and water and let sit for 10 minutes. Add the salt and flour and mix well. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes, roll out to about 15 x 10. Layer some ham down the center, layer the cheese, ham, cheese, Hormel turkey pepperoni and more ham. Cut diagonals off of each side. Criss Cross over the top of the ham. Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. I baked mine for 20 and it was perfect. If you don't like it so browned on top cover it with foil after about 15 minutes. Brush with butter and enjoy!
