7UP Biscuits - 5*****

I got this recipe from my beautiful sister, Jessica (the one in the middle). She told me these were the best biscuits and that I need to try them. I don't usually buy 7UP so it was a while before I tried this recipe. Now I'm ready to make the biscuits but I'm out of sour cream, ugh!! So I finally got all of the ingredients, I start to mix everything together and I am still not sure about this recipe, 7UP and sour cream??? Let me just say these are the best biscuits I have ever had. They are GREAT! Thanks to my sister, I now have the best biscuit recipe EVER, and we should know, we come from a biscuit eatin family.

7UP Biscuits
2 cups of Bisquick
1/2 cup of sour cream
1/2 cup of 7UP
1/4 cup of melted Parkay butter

Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees. Mix the sour cream, 7UP and Bisquick together. Turn out onto a flour cover counter, knead 10 minutes and pat to 1/2" thick. Cut with a 2" biscuit cutter. Melt the butter and pour into a 9" square pan. Place the biscuits in the pan and bake for 10-12 minutes or till golden brown.
This makes 9 big fat biscuits, perfect for jam or gravy. Enjoy!
