I am making some Christmas Pom Poms to go on my Christmas tree this year. I have 5 assorted ribbons about 1 inch wide by 6 inches long. I ironed the material before I cut them but I should have left them scrunched, they look much fuller that way. Lay out 30 cut pieces (6 of each) on some jute twine and then just tie the twine very tight. Pull the pieces in different directions and scrunch. I spritzed them with water, scrunched it into a Solo cup, placed a heavy can on top of it and let it dry. I used burlap as one of the pieces for a great Country Christmas tree. Aren't they Precious? I have some strips left over so maybe I'll make a wreath to match.
