Honey Butter

Look what I've been making! Cinnamon Honey Butter. I found this recipe at tidymom.net. I've made this recipe a few times and I think the honey I bought was a tad strong so I reduced it from 1 cup of honey to 3/4 cup of honey and it is just right. Amy and Ben had some Acadian honey and it seemed milder than the honey I had so I might would have used the full cup. Use less and you can always add more! This would be a great housewarming gift with some homemade biscuits.

Honey Butter
3/4 cup of honey
1 cup of soft butter (2 sticks of Parkay)
1 cup of powdered sugar
2 teaspoons of cinnamon

Beat the butter, honey and cinnamon together. Mix in the powdered sugar. That's it! It's great on the 7 up biscuits, pancakes or toast. Refrigerate.
