Turkey Meatballs

For Superbowl Sunday I made these spicy turkey meatballs. I bought 1 pound of ground turkey, added garlic salt and pepper to taste. I used my 1 tablespoon scoop to scoop them out and placed them on a foil covered cookie sheet to bake. I baked them for 15 minutes, pulled them out poured 1/4 cup of melted butter mixed with 1/4 cup of Franks Hot Sauce over the top and back into the oven for 10 more minutes. These were good but I don't think it needed the butter. So next time I will put 1/8 of a cup of hot sauce in the meatball mixture and the other 1/8 cup on top. Not to spicy, not to hot :)
