I have been making this turkey salad for quite some time and I love it! I take 1 pound of ground turkey and brown it with 4-5 shakes of LaChoy soy sauce and a touch of garlic salt, then I refrigerate it until needed. For work I fill the container with chopped lettuce, 1/5 of the ground turkey and Light Hidden Valley Ranch dressing. This time I had boiled eggs so I chopped up one egg white and added that. I grocery shop every two weeks so I add other vegys when it permits. The flavor is fantastic. I don't like the fat free Ranch dressing but I do like the light Ranch but it is to thick so I add quite a bit of water to it until I get the consistency I like, it seems to mix easier that way.
