Now You're Cookin'

I bought one of those microwaveable bacon cookers and I love it. I cook the bacon and I have all of the wonderful bacon drippings in the bottom. I just pour it into a foil muffin cup and freeze it. Now I have it on hand to make gravy, roux or just cook some hash browns and eggs. Yuuummmmyyyy!
