Pizza Sauce (Papa Johns Copycat)

This recipe comes from Food.com and then I made changes, I like mine a little spicier. It makes enough sauce for three pizzas, so I bought 4 small plastic containers and divided equally and froze three of them. The first secret to a great pizza is Philadelphia Cooking Crème (savory garlic), slap a couple of spoons of that on the crust and then my homemade pizza sauce, top it with Mozzarella, Turkey Pepperoni and whatever else you can fit on there. If you haven't tried the Turkey Pepperoni you don't know what your missing, they're spicy and I like to eat them right out of the bag. I've tried other brands but Hormel is the only one I'll eat.
Homemade Pizza Sauce

28 oz crushed tomatoes
3 tea sugar
3 tea olive oil
3/4 tea lemon juice
3/4 tea garlic salt
3/4 tea oregano
3/8 tea basil
3/8 tea thyme
3/8 tea garlic powder
1/2 tea crushed red pepper

Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

That's It!!!
Last time I made some I took some French bread and just dipped it in the sauce and ate it that away, yummmm
