Campin' Lasagna

 I made two pans of lasagna, one I froze, the

other I took camping. I used rigatoni noodles
and put it in 9 x 9 pans. We have never used our oven in the travel trailer because it makes it too hot, so I put the toaster oven outside, placed the lasagna (covered with foil) in it and baked it at 350 degrees for 45 minutes....... perfect. Prepare ahead of time, bake and no clean up. my kinda' dish! You could also use an electric skillet, just drop the foil pan down in the skillet...... still no clean up.

Camping Decor

Were back to camping and that means new signs to add to my decorations. the Pier Pressure came about after I saw a photo my sister had posted of her husband and two sons on a pier fishing. that's a good kind of peer pressure.
