Low Carb Pizza

I want pizza without the crust and this recipe is pretty darn good. I got this recipe at Ripped Recipes and made changes, I think people make recipes harder than they should be, so that is my goal in life to simplify recipes and makes sure they still taste good. I put sausage and bacon on top of mine and it was good but I would like to try chicken, bacon and Alfredo sauce.

Low Carb Pizza

2 oz of cream cheese (room temp)
1 egg
1/4 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese
1 cup of shredded Italian 6 cheese shredded
Marinara sauce
toppings

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Spray a 9" baking dish with oil spray.
I put the cream cheese in the microwave for about 5 seconds to make it soft, add Parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup of Italian cheese and egg. Spread into pan and bake for 15 minutes, let cool for 5 minutes.
Add sauce and 1/2 cup of Italian cheese. Add any topping you would like.
Bake for 15 more minutes, let cool for at least 10 minutes or it will be a mushy mess.
