I was watching Pioneer Woman on the Food channel and she made this delicious looking baked potato. I made some changes to the recipe, I added crumbled bacon and cooked some minced onion in the bacon juices. IT WAS SO GOOD!
If it looks like too much work just use Velvetta cheese, steamed broccoli and microwaved potatoes.
This is a good way to get vegy's in the kids food without actually tasting the vegetables.
