Paper Wig

 I couldn't wear a costume to work but I could wear a wig so I decided to make myself one. I wanted to make one out of fun foam but I live in the country and couldn't get to town to buy some, so the next best thing was paper. I purchased some construction paper at Walmart, I wound it very tight around a wooden skewer for about 2 to 3 inches (guiling), I rolled it between my fingers to tighten the paper. it left a very tight curl that stayed that way for days. I made a foam skull cap and hot glued the paper on starting at the bottom of the cap and moving to the top. That morning I pulled on the curls to loosen them and added a foam bow on top. I love the way it turned out.
