Homemade Turkey Jerky

I broke my old jerky gun and I just ordered this new one online that comes with a dual shooter nozzle. I'm in Heaven.......la. I have a recipe that I like but you can use anything as long as it will go thought the nozzle. And this jerky is a lot easier to eat.

Jerky with Soy Sauce
1 pound of ground turkey
1 teaspoon of Liquid Smoke
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of pepper
1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
1/4 cup of soy sauce
1/8 cup of water
Mix all of the ingredients and pipe onto foil or parchment paper (foil is an easier clean up but parchment helps to soak up juices)
Bake at 200 degrees for 80 minutes.
Flip and bake for 40 more minutes.
That's it your done.
